Kathy has created this blog, Dress, Dine & Sparkle to share her experiences with food, fashion and fun. She is a Public Relations & Events Assistant; and Model living in New York City who loves to explore everything NYC has to offer, from Couture Fashion Week (of which she is the PR Director), to Broadway shows, to art museums, to parties, to fine dining. She will offer a unique perspective by showing that you can live life to the fullest without breaking the bank.
Dress: This space will encompass her personal style, fashion events and shows, shopping and great finds, designer spotlights, beauty and modeling. Her own style can be described as colorful, feminine, flirty and sweet. She is partial to skirts, dresses, skinny jeans and animal print.
Dine: She is a bona fide foodie who enjoys almost any kind of cuisine, especially Italian, Thai, French, American gourmet, Indian and Mexican. She has tried over 40 Restaurant Week meals over the past few years, as well as hole in the wall eateries, food shows, food trucks, jacket required spots and everything in between. She will also discuss delicious recipes and culinary endeavors.
Sparkle: Her aptly given nickname in both the literal and figurative sense, as her signature is glitter eyeshadow and when she goes out, she sparkles- shines and succeeds.
